Our Daly City Restaurant & Taproom is a newly renovated space, complete with a woodstone pizza oven, rustic interior details, and a shaded outdoor patio, with a list of fantastic Gilman brews to choose from. We’re known for our award-winning farmhouse style saisons, bold and refreshing IPAs, and a range of other classic and experimental styles. All of our beers are available to sample as flights, or take home in limited release cans and bottles, or fill up a growler or crowler.
We serve lunch, and dinner Wed-Sun 2p-9p for now. Our executive Chef Kurt Steeber has crafted a delicious menu, paired with your favorite Gilman brews and a curated list of new and old world wines. Join us at dinner for hot, bubbly Neapolitan style pizzas from our wood fired oven, joined by a selection of larger plates like the famous Reuben, Cubano, or our juicy Short Rib burger, and a range of artisan snacks and small plates to share. For lunch you will find a selection of farmer’s market fresh salads and sandwiches, along with our pizzas and snacks.
Stop by after work or before you catch a movie next door in our shaded outdoor beer garden, or join us for dinner, or just hang out for beer and snacks at the bar and watch Chef Kurt turning pizzas out in our open kitchen.
Kids are welcome as we are a full-service restaurant.

At Gilman Brewing We Use A Farm-to-table Approach, Sourcing All Ingredients Locally And As Seasonal/fresh As Possible. Sausage Is Made In-house, Hamburger Is Ground On-site, Chicken Wings Are Butchered, Brined For 24 Hours, And Cut On-site. Our Famous Neopolitan Pizza Dough Is Hand Made Then Proofed For 72 Hours.
