We brewed this delicious hazy west coast IPA as a collaboration with our longtime homies at Cooperage Brewing Co in Santa Rosa for California Craft Beer Week. While still hazy from our Kveik yeast strain, this beer drinks more like a west coast. It’s crisp and refreshing with a light body and spicy bitterness, yet has all the bombastic flavors of a NEIPA from the massive dose of New Zealand hops. Double dry-hopped with Wai-Iti, Rakau, and Moutere, this beer boasts layers of tropical, citrus, and stone fruits. Lime zest, peach, passion fruit, and mango all jive into one insanely crushable elixir.
