We start by adding our classic Belgian style golden sour with pineapple to a rehydrated rum barrel and then add a heaping pile of house-toasted coconut. The sweet pineapple and toasted coconut aromas meld with the tart sour and smooth alcoholic aromas of the barrel to deliver a ridiculously tasty beer version of the classic Pina Colada.
