Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Oakland United Beer Works, this 7.5% ABV hazy IPA was fermented with a blend of Bavarian Hefeweizen and expressive English yeast. Named in honor of the most awesome Cryo Cascade with which it was brewed, A Shoulder to Cryo On is also filled to the brim with Citra and Michigan Chinook. Mega citrus and tropical flavors invade the dome with cantaloupe, pineapple, and grapefruit dominating the palette. A toasty malt backbone of Golden Promise, flaked Oats, and raw wheat round out the finish.
