Tart, fruity, cloudy, complex (NOT sweet). Wheat malt and our house saison yeast fermented with a half-ton of nectarines… Effervescent dry finish.
New School Single IPA - 6.75% ABV
A modern West Coast style IPA. Light body, aggressive bittering. Massive tropical/dank/citrus aroma and flavors from huge late additions of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops.
Porter - 5.8%
A lightly smoked ruby brown porter with a toasted malt and lightly smoked flavor. Medium/light body, mild english hop aroma.
New School Double IPA - 8.0%
A Juicy NE/West coast hybrid style DIPA. Light in color but with a smooth, creamy body. Massive tropical/citrus hop aroma and flavor. Moderate bitterness.

West Coast Double IPA - 8.5% ABV
An aggressively hopped West Berkeley style IPA. Old-school style with light balanced body, aggressive bittering hops, massive fresh hop aroma and flavor (grapefruit/pine).
Golden Ale - 4.5% ABV

Rich, malty, full bodied. Brewed with four different types of fresh green chiles. Huge floral aroma from pounds of fresh green chiles. Smooth finish with moderate spiciness that burns just a little but doesn't linger too long.
Belgian Golden / Gluten-Reduced - 3.7%
Le Petite Hibou
A table beer version of our Belgian golden with a Japanese twist. Pilsner malt and red rice lend a crisp malt backbone with a light/medium golden body. Subtle stone fruit and berry from Belgian & sake yeasts. Dry finish with mild bitterness. (*Lab tested 12ppm; FDA cutoff for gluten free classification is anything less than 20ppm)
American Stout - 6.9%
A medium bodied stout with a deep roasted malt flavor, moderate to high bitterness, moderate hop aroma, and moderate carbonation. Not your traditional, creamy, sweet english stout.
Belgian Witbeir - 4.5%
A traditional Belgian wheat beer, approachable and refreshing. Light color, medium/smooth body, hazy, with a rich white head. Subtle citrus/honey/spicy aromas complement a smooth wheat malt backbone and balances out in a refreshing, dry finish.
Export Stout on Nitro - 6.5%
A dark black, medium bodied Irish Export style stout. Dry, roasty malt, coffee and cocoa aroma. Flavors of dark roast malt, bittersweet chocolate and subtle coffee with a thick creamy brown nitro head. Smooth rich mouthfeel with a refreshingly dry finish.
Barrel-aged Saison - 6.0%
Cheval de Troie
Another chapter in our Cheval series. This saison has spent 4 months in a Madeira barrel which gives it a complex dark fruit character with a subtle oak tannin finish.
Belgian Golden Strong - 8.0%
Old Rusty (Vieux Rouille)
Slightly drier & less malty than a Belgian tripel. Light gold in color. Subtle spice & soft fruit aroma, clean light malt undertones. Medium body with a dry finish and crisp effervescence.
Bourbon Barrel-aged Stout - 8.5%
"5W30" Russian Imperial
A classic barrel-aged imperial stout, aged for two months in Woodford bourbon barrels. Full smooth body. Aromas of vanilla, chocolate, coffee & dark roasted malts. Flavors of bittersweet chocolate and heavy roast malt; subtle notes of vanilla, oak, tannins & bourbon. Silky smooth finish.
